Administrative Assistant (Financial Services)

A global audit and corporate services firm is seeking to employ an administrative assistant to support the operations in its Malta office.

Job duties include:

  • Assisting in preparation of reports
  • Coordinating meeting arrangements
  • Receiving and directing incoming calls or e-mails to appropriate channels
  • Other ad-hoc daily administrative duties

Skills and qualifications required :

  • A minimum of 1 year of experience in an administrative role;
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills;
  • Ability to prioritise workload and deliver output within strict deadlines;
  • Ability to work independently and within a team;
  • Experience with Microsoft Office application
