IT Customer Services Solutions Officer

JOB DESCRIPTION:

As an IT Customer Services Solutions Officer, you will work within our International IT Team in Malta:

  • You will be asked to provide first line support to users (both external and internal users) for the Electronic Document Management System
  • Investigating and acting to resolve requests according to feasibility;
  • Follow processes and procedures to manage users’ accounts and access rights;
  • Logging requests in a service desk tool;
  • Develop, implement, and conduct analysis on meaningful reports to facilitate decision making;
  • Present data in clear, easy to read way;
  • Propose suggestions on how to improve analysis and data driven decisions.

 

YOUR PROFILE:

  • Minimum of two years’ experience in a similar role
  • You have a Certification in Computer Science or IT
  • Strong understanding of Data Security and Privacy
  • Ability to handle variants of SQL
  • Ability to work proficiently with Microsoft Office programs and has advanced Excel skills
  • Dashboard development and Data Visualisation
  • You are fluent in English
  • You are a fast learner and have excellent communication skills
  • You work well independently as well as in a team
