Responsibilities:

  • Provide technical support via different channels, such as email and remote tools; escalate unsolved technical issues according to the company's procedures.
  • Solving problems and discover new solutions.
  • Escalation of unsolved issues
  • Tech support during any events or fairs as and when needed

Requirements:

  • Customer orientated attitude to help solve customer problems
  • Knowledge of ITIL practices
  • Proven skills with network management (protocols, server-client systems - windows active directory) and or operating systems (MAC, Windows, Linux, Unix etc)
  • Good command of English
  • German considered an asset
  • Willing to work on a shift basis in a 24x7 Rotation
